Back to work - back to school - back to reality

We all want to be and stay healthy as well as protecting our children to have a good and productive year.

The Health Area is represented by the square shape and by the colors of the earth, yellows, terra-cotta, etc…

The Health Area is at the center of your dwelling and extends to the threshold. It's at the center because a place with no center has no life, no heart. Always place something in the center of a room and of a table with the colors of the earth and yellows. At the threshold, because when you enter your home, you are going to take care of yourself; place a mat, a rug, a wreath; try to use yellows.

Watch for all the pollutants in your homes and places of business: in the paint, in some of the products to treat wood, in glues and floor coverings. Plants in a room take in carbon dioxide and produce oxygen. They are the symbol of life and growth. Spider plants, ivy, potted chrysanthemums have the remarkable ability to scour the air of common indoor pollutants from the paint and carpet. Plants have a special healing power. Just looking at them or being close to them can boost your physical, psychological and emotional well being. Hospital patients with view of trees recover faster than the ones that look at the wall!

Unattended or dying plants decrease healthy ch’i.

Watch for carbon monoxide, produced every time we use fuels or coals (fireplaces, furnaces, water heaters, ranges, ovens, etc). Leave your garage door open awhile when you get home (The consumer’s energy sells a device to warn you of danger 1.800.816.3111)

There are 300 pollutants indoors, all sorts of bacteria and moisture due to humidity. There is radon, which is a radioactive gas that circulates in the cracks of walls and floor. From that derives microscopic dust which we inhale and affects our respiratory system. Fix all the cracks, open some windows every day and dust and vacuum your bedroom more than any other room to have it free of odors, and with less bacteria and germs.

Watch out for electromagnetic energy fields that affect both human and buildings. It’s what we see, electric station, radio and television stations, radar and too many poles. Living close to it, over time, makes the people more aggressive and depressed, with sleeping problems and fatigue which over time leads to sickness. Tests have been done on bees that were placed under electric poles; they were producing more honey, but they were never resting and were aggressive and were dying at a fast pace. Not only metal acts as antennas, the human body does too and is more sensitive to certain wavelengths. And then, there are the telluric waves in the ground. A thousand years ago, at least in the country in Europe, people were calling on dowsers before building. Research shows that sleep and blood pressure varies depending on where you are. Animals feel it and a dog’s favorite spot will be beneficial for you as well. On the other hand, a cat will prefer to stay at a spot that is negative energy for you but, to feel its coat is magnetic rebalance for you; it will take negative energy from you.

In your homes, unplug your electric appliances when not in use.

Keep electric clocks 6 feet away from head (electromagnetic field). A battery operated clock is safer.

Keep telephones 9 feet away from head (electromagnetic field).

Electric blanket (electromagnetic field on top of you).

Televisions shouldn’t be watched from too close and more than 6 to 8 hours a day is dangerous. Too many hours on the computer creates memory laps, irritability and anxiety. To divert the gamma rays, simply put a plastic comb on top of it (teeth turned away) or a cactus.

A refrigerator/freezer emits negative vibrations which can be easily neutralized by a plant on top or next to it.

Microwave ovens should never be open when in use and should only be used occasionally.

Electric cables should be around the ceiling and not around the floor.

Electric cords shouldn’t pass under the bed, especially by your head

Outlets facing each other create a magnetic field and should be avoided.

Make sure that your synthetic carpets are non-static. Isolate your bed by placing cork or any absorbing material under the feet of your bed.

Our soil is not as rich in vitamin and minerals because of the use of fertilizers (chemicals) and supplementation of vitamins and minerals are becoming necessary. Do not look for bargain prices on vitamins. They usually are synthetically reproduced and are not as efficient as the natural vitamins.

Organic food is preferable for the same reasons. Try to grow some of your own, and recycle!
